Covenant Community Land Trust

CCLT is a nonprofit organization established in 1978 dedicated to building cooperative community through affordable housing and conservation. CCLT maintains affordability through:

  • 99 year inheritable lease agreements
  • Leases limit resale removing the houses and the land from market forces
  • The goal is permanent affordable housing and community
