Our Patten Pond community located in Orland, Maine was built in the 1980’s and is our oldest development. The community currently consists of 5 single family homes. Each home comes with acreage of leased land which total approximately 60 acres. The community has waterfront land on Patten Pond which is enjoyed by its residents.
