Our Sedgwick community was built in the mid to late 1990’s on an 85 acres plot of land. The community currently consists of 12 single family homes with 20 acres of common agricultural land and 50 acres of common conservation land. Each home comes with 1 acres of leased land and access to the common lands. CCLT works with Blue Hill Heritage Trust to maintain the conservation land.
The community is currently working on building a bus stop for the children and developing a community wood bank to offset heating costs in the winter. The community is also working on a community garden and little free library next to the children’s bus stop.
There are homes available in this community! Please, contact CCLT if you are interested in becoming homeowner.
